Engineering mentor, Dasmariñas
- 🇵🇭 Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 840 people through Dasmariñas Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Edgardo: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
