I teach social studies at Istanbul Girls' School in Istanbul since 2013. Most days I teach mixed-ability classes, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I've run the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Eda: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
