Ecrin Songül Şimşek
Teacher at Jacaranda Grammar School, loves physical education
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Jacaranda Grammar School
- Since 1995
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 31 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ecrin
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
