Ecrin Feyza Başaran
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Old Üsküdar Repairs
- Since 1988
- English, Turkish
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Üsküdar, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Ecrin
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Ecrin: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.

You fixed our roof in 1996 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Quezon City.
