Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇪 Cork, Munster, Ireland
- Old Hillcrest Workshop
- Since 1992
- English, Spanish
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Cork, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 24 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
