Dylan T. Young
19 years teaching design and technology in Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Lakeview Technical College
- 2003 to 2011
- English
I taught design and technology at Lakeview Technical College in Los Angeles from 2003 to 2011. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 350 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Dylan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Dylan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
