Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇺🇸 Tucson, Arizona, United States
- Oakwood Foundation
- Since 2008
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 770 people through Oakwood Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Dylan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
