I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Jakarta Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Dwi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Dwi: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.

I'm a mechanic now. It started with one call with you. Greetings from Bandung.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
