For 48 years I've run the volleyball program at Aurora Silverlake Sports Club in Aurora. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
