Durga Samjhana Basnet
Retired drama teacher from Biratnagar Middle School
- 🇳🇵 Biratnagar, Koshi, Nepal
- Biratnagar Middle School
- 1980 to 2017
- English, Nepali
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 37 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Durga
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
