I've been a nurse for eleven years, most of them in oncology at Hồ Chí Minh City Community Hospital in Hồ Chí Minh City. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
I always make time for a proper cup of tea. Small things matter when someone is frightened.
