Dua Zoya Abbasi
Embroidery and calligraphy artist
- 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Sakura Pottery
- 2012 to 2022
- English, Urdu
I work mostly in embroidery, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 2012 at Sakura Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
