I've practiced emergency medicine at Mount Pleasant Clinic since 2004. I started with a stethoscope and a borrowed desk and ended up knowing most of the town.
I carry a notebook everywhere. It makes appointments less scary.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
