Dr. Young
Marine biology lecturer, 2008 to 2024
- 🇦🇺 Cairns, Queensland, Australia
- Holy Cross Polytechnic
- 2008 to 2024
- English
My subject is marine biology, and for 16 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Holy Cross Polytechnic.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
More about Dr. Young
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Dr. Young: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
