Dr. Yakovlev
Rural doctor and teacher
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Highland University Hospital
- 2001 to 2012
- English, Ukrainian
My work was obstetrics at Highland University Hospital, and for many of those years I also taught junior doctors.
I answer every message, eventually. It makes appointments less scary.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

The families I got to know are the reason I stayed.

What gifts mean to Dr. Yakovlev: I'd use a gift for transport costs for patients who can't afford the trip.
