I've spent 40 years as a lecturer in materials science at Cầu Giấy University in Cầu Giấy. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a mechanic and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
