I spent eight years as a lecturer in public health at Cần Thơ Polytechnic in Cần Thơ. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
