Dr. Temba
Civil engineering lecturer, Since 2004
- 🇰🇪 Nakuru, Nakuru, Kenya
- Nakuru Polytechnic
- Since 2004
- English, Swahili
My subject is civil engineering, and for 22 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Nakuru Polytechnic.
Former students now work as a bank clerk and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Dr. Temba
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Temba: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
