I've spent 35 years as a lecturer in nursing at San Diego Institute of Technology in San Diego. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
