Dr. Soliman
Professor of materials science, Highland University
- 🇪🇬 Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
- Highland University
- 1989 to 2025

I spent 36 years as a lecturer in materials science at Highland University in Heliopolis. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Dr. Soliman
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Soliman: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
