Dr. Şimşek
25 years teaching literature at Crown University
- 🇩🇪 Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
- Since 1983
- German, Turkish
I've spent 43 years as a lecturer in literature at Crown University in Düsseldorf. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I garden badly but happily.
More about Dr. Şimşek
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Dr. Şimşek: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
