Dr. Shayo
Professor of marine biology, Beacon Institute of Technology
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Beacon Institute of Technology
- Since 1985
- English
I've spent 41 years as a lecturer in marine biology at Beacon Institute of Technology in Mombasa. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
More about Dr. Shayo
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Shayo: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
