I've practiced surgery at Tampa Regional Medical Center since 1990. I started with a stethoscope and a borrowed desk and ended up knowing most of the town.
I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. It makes appointments less scary.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
