I've spent 19 years as a lecturer in modern history at Tallahassee Polytechnic in Tallahassee. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I learn every name in the first week. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
More about Dr. Roberts
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
