Dr. Quiroga

Professor of political science, León College

  • 🇲🇽 León, Guanajuato, Mexico
  • León College
  • Since 1982
  • Spanish, English
I teach political science at León College since 1982, and supervised 50 dissertations along the way. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
