I've spent 39 years as a lecturer in anthropology at Kingsway University in Pune. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Dr. Pandya
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Dr. Pandya: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
