Dr. Opio

25 years teaching civil engineering at Victory Polytechnic

🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
Victory Polytechnic
Since 1997
English, Swahili

I've spent 29 years as a lecturer in civil engineering at Victory Polytechnic in Kasarani. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. Former students now work as a bus driver and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

Fields

Civil engineering Economics Marine biology

What gifts mean to Dr. Opio: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
