I've spent 32 years as a lecturer in architecture at Machakos University in Machakos. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a clerk and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Dr. Okello: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
