I've spent 24 years as a lecturer in materials science at Orchid University in Onitsha. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a shop assistant and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Dr. Obi
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
