Dr. Norwood

- 🇺🇸 Laredo, Texas, United States
- Harmony State University
- Since 2013
- English, French
I teach civil engineering at Harmony State University since 2013, and supervised 26 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I run most mornings.
Thank you for stopping by.
What gifts mean to Dr. Norwood: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
