I've spent 27 years as a lecturer in civil engineering at Elmwood University in Hồ Chí Minh City. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a farmhand and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
More about Dr. Ngo
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
