Dr. Navarro
Philosophy lecturer, Since 1996
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Bakersfield University
- Since 1996
- English, Spanish
I teach philosophy at Bakersfield University since 1996, and supervised 43 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Navarro: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
