I've spent 29 years as a lecturer in civil engineering at Holy Cross Institute of Technology in Bogotá. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a waiter and in a dozen other fields. It's the best part of this job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
What gifts mean to Dr. Moreno: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
