Dr. Mauricio P. Montes
Rural doctor and teacher
- 🇲🇽 Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Pioneer Children's Hospital
- 2005 to 2022
- English
I practiced dentistry at Pioneer Children's Hospital from 2005 to 2022. I started with a stethoscope and a borrowed desk and ended up knowing most of the town.
I always make time for a proper cup of tea. It makes appointments less scary.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

If I was your doctor, I hope you listened to my advice. Most of you didn't, and that's fine.
What gifts mean to Dr. Mauricio P. Montes: I'd use a gift for transport costs for patients who can't afford the trip.
