I've spent 21 years as a lecturer in nursing at Jacaranda Institute of Technology in Tampa. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.

If you wrote a dissertation with me, I probably still have a copy on my shelf.
