Dr. Lombard
Professor of mathematics, Johannesburg University
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Johannesburg University
- Since 1997
- English, Afrikaans
I teach mathematics at Johannesburg University since 1997, and supervised 14 dissertations along the way.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Dr. Lombard
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Dr. Lombard: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
