Dr. Lanre Afolabi
Rural doctor and teacher
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Health Center
- 1994 to 2012
- English
I practiced emergency medicine at Lagos Health Center from 1994 to 2012. I started with a stethoscope and a borrowed desk and ended up knowing most of the town.
Home visits were my favorite part, even when the roads weren't.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
Specialties
What gifts mean to Dr. Lanre Afolabi: I'd use a gift for transport costs for patients who can't afford the trip.
