My subject is agriculture, and for 19 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Crown State University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Dr. Knight
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
