Dr. Kariuki
15 years teaching computer science at Northside Institute of Technology
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Since 2017
- English, Swahili
My subject is computer science, and for nine years I get to share it with undergraduates at Northside Institute of Technology.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Dr. Kariuki
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.

What gifts mean to Dr. Kariuki: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
