I've spent 34 years as a lecturer in agriculture at Baobab College in Kampala. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
