Dr. Jemal
Professor of astronomy, Hawassa State University
- 🇪🇹 Hawassa, Sidama, Ethiopia
- Hawassa State University
- 2004 to 2012
- English, Amharic
I spent eight years as a lecturer in astronomy at Hawassa State University in Hawassa. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Dr. Jemal: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
