Dr. Howell
Rural doctor and teacher
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Acacia Health Center
- Since 2011
- English
I've practiced surgery at Acacia Health Center since 2011. I started with a stethoscope and a borrowed desk and ended up knowing most of the town.
Home visits were my favorite part, even when the roads weren't.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Dr. Howell
The families I get to know are the reason I stay.
What gifts mean to Dr. Howell: I'd use a gift for transport costs for patients who can't afford the trip.
