Dr. Hoekstra

17 years teaching civil engineering at Valley View State University

  • 🇳🇱 Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands
  • Valley View State University
  • Since 1992
  • English, Dutch
I teach civil engineering at Valley View State University since 1992, and supervised 39 dissertations along the way. I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I walk the dog by the river. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
