Dr. Gunawardena
28 years teaching civil engineering at Summit Institute of Technology
- 🇱🇰 Negombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Summit Institute of Technology
- 1979 to 1994
- English
My subject is civil engineering, and for 15 years I got to share it with undergraduates at Summit Institute of Technology.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Dr. Gunawardena
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
