I've spent 13 years as a lecturer in modern history at Monterrey Institute of Technology in Monterrey. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a night-shift cleaner and in a dozen other fields. It is the best part of this job.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
What gifts mean to Dr. Gómez: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
