I've spent 40 years as a lecturer in materials science at Tiruchirappalli Polytechnic in Tiruchirappalli. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
My door was open at lunch. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
