Dr. Fernandez
Professor of political science, Cebu City State University
- 🇵🇠Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- Cebu City State University
- Since 1982
- English, Filipino
My subject is political science, and for 44 years I get to share it with undergraduates at Cebu City State University.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Dr. Fernandez: Gifts will go to a small travel fund for students presenting their first paper.
