I spent 18 years as a lecturer in psychology at Phoenix University in Fresno. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Dr. Ferguson
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Dr. Ferguson: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
