Dr. Farias
Professor of economics, Porto Alegre Institute of Technology
- 🇧🇷 Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- 2011 to 2025
- English, Portuguese
I spent 14 years as a lecturer in economics at Porto Alegre Institute of Technology in Porto Alegre. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I make terrible puns.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Dr. Farias: I'd put a gift toward a student bursary.
