I've spent 47 years as a lecturer in linguistics at 6th of October City Institute of Technology in 6th of October City. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
Former students now work as a farmhand and in a dozen other fields. It is the best part of this job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
